Silly Hearts Yoga Camp for Kids
Location: 3085 w 116th st;

In this camp children will do yoga, practice mindfulness, do crafts, eat lunch* together, play outside and more! We will learn yoga games, partner poses, mindfulness techniques, and theme-specific yoga poses.
Every week will have a new theme PLUS there is availability for more ages! (see below for all the details)
July 13-17 LET IT GO yoga camp
9:30-12:30
3-6 year olds
Register your child for this camp and they can expect to "Let it go" all week long by learning yoga poses and activities inspired by favorite movies, like Frozen! Campers will also practice letting it go with mindfulness games perfect for all ages.
Cost: $140
July 20-24 JUMP FOR JOY yoga camp with
JUMP BUNCH add-on
9:30-12:30 OR 9:30-2:30
3-6 year olds
You have two choices for this camp: yoga only or stay for a couple more hours and get a Jump Bunch camp, too!
Yoga campers can expect to move, breathe and explore the connection between mind/body/emotions in this weeklong camp. As an extension, campers can stay from 12:30-2:30 and hang with Stacy McIntyre, owner of JumpBunch Indianapolis for an afternoon of action, games and superhero training!
Cost: $140 yoga only; $235 yoga & JumpBunch
July 27-31 JUMP FOR JOY yoga camp with
JUMP BUNCH add-on
9:30-12:30 OR 9:30-2:30
7-10 year olds
You have two choices for this camp: yoga only or stay for a couple more hours and get a Jump Bunch camp, too!
This camp is for the older yogis and will introduce more challenging poses and allow time for deeper exploration of movement and breath. As an extension, campers can stay from 12:30-2:30 and hang with Stacy McIntyre, owner of JumpBunch Indianapolis for an afternoon of action, games and superhero training!
Cost: $140 yoga only; $235 yoga & JumpBunch
*parent provides nut-free lunch for all camps
*snack will be provided during extended camp days
