This card deck is  AMAZING and was the first card deck I ever purchased. The poses are easy to follow, the back of each card has instructions breaking down the pose so you don't need to be an experienced yogi to follow along AND there are a variety of poses, including partner poses, and GAMES!

This is one of those things that I carry with me into every class "just in case." There really are endless way to use these cards and kids can even independently practice yoga with them.

This book has beautiful pictures and  a simple story about an elephant who has really big ears because she LOVES to listen.  This is a great tool to help children recognize how it feels to be still and listen to all different sounds.  Check out the book here and let us know what you think!

These are a great tool for classes where, for whatever reason, yoga mats are not feasible.  Often, I use these for demo classes or for spaces that are limited and yoga mats would be a challenge.  They stick well to the carpets and also remove easily.  And, they're easy to toss in your bag as a "just in case" tool as well.  You can purchase them here and add them to your yoga "toolbox."
